My name is Frank James Licitra.
I’ve always gone by the name Jamie.  Or rather, people have always called me Jamie…
I was born in Miami, Florida on January 7th, 1978.
I spent the first 18 years of my life in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale before moving to a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.

I obtained a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Software Engineering from
Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia.
Great school for education - not so much for partying; very heavy on math/science - very light on liberal arts and unfortunately, girls.

At age 5 I got my first computer, a Commodore 64.  It had 64 kilobytes of RAM.  I started programming in BASIC around that time and ever since then I’ve been a geek.

At age 15 I got my first guitar, started hanging out with the cool (and bad) crowd, and picked up playing/making music as a life-long hobby.

I also acquired my first motorcycle at age 15.

All these years later; all three of these passions have stayed with me - and I am certain that they always will.

My career for the past 10+ years has been primarily focused on computer and network security.  I’ve had the pleasure to work at great companies with even greater people, researching and developing software for cool and nifty "hacker things and stuff".  It fits me well.
